Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home earlier submitted that the husband of the petitioner is a habitual offender involved in several criminal cases, and the writ is filed to prevent the police from investigating into the criminal cases, pending against the husband of the petitioner. 3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
