The matter was listed on 01.12.2025 and on 08.12.2025, there was no representation on the said dates. 2. Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. It therefore appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case. 3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
