Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not concluding the investigation in Cr.No.194 of 2022 of Tirumala II Town Police Station, Tirupati District, even after lapse of three years. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, would submit that the investigation in this matter is still pending. 5. Considering the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the police to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if not already filed by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
