1. The petitioner has preferred the writ petition against the order dated 18.09.2025 passed by respondent No. 1 by which the petitioner has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat Kota to Nagar Panchayat Malhar.
2. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has some personal difficulty and he is having 82 years of old mother with him and she is suffering from paralysis. 2 KM away from Kota and there is no such proper medical facility at Malhar for treatment of her mother and would pray for quashing of impugned transfer
order.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would opposes the submission and would submit that personal difficult is not ground for quashing of the impugned transfer order and would pray for dismissal of the petition.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has some personal difficulty but it is not ground to be interfered in the impugned transfer order, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make representation before the respondents who in-turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order in accordance with the law.
