Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently, petitioner has resigned from 4th respondent College and joined in Bhagawan Sri Satya Sai Baba Degree College, Tadikonda, Guntur District, on 21.06.2010. 2 3. In view of the subsequent developments, the prayer in the writ petition renders infructuous. However, since the petitioner is stated to be working with another aided college, liberty is given to him to pursue proper remedies, if he is otherwise eligible. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
