Mr. Jaiswal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients purchased plots and want to protect it by erecting boundary walls. Private-respondents are creating obstruction. His clients went to the civil Court and respectively obtained restraint orders dated 4th February, 2025 and 31st January, 2025. In spite thereof, his clients are being obstructed from erecting boundary walls on their respective, adjacent to each other properties. He seeks direction upon, inter alia, respondent no. 4 (the Station House Officer), for ensuring compliance with the restraint orders. Mr. Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears and submits, it is a private dispute. Petitioners will communicate certified copy of this order, said orders dated 4th February, 2025 and 31st January, 2025 of the civil Court to respondent no. 4. Said respondent is directed to verify from the civil Court orders, the direction of restraint against private-respondents and ensure compliance to enable petitioners to construct boundary walls. In event private-respondents seek to resist, they must get said orders dated 4th February, 2025 and 31st January, 2025 vacated from the civil Court, provided the orders stand made against them.
