The petitioner claims for following relief: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to demarcate and deliver the possession of the holdings belonging to the petitioner situated at Village Mahmoodpur Varse, Tehsil Sasni, District Hathras within stipulated period of time." The writ court cannot grant such relief in absence of adjudication by competent consolidation authorities. The writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings before the competent authority under the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act for the aforesaid relief.
