The short grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not completing the enquiry quickly to find out the irregularities committed by the 9th respondent in implementation of MGNREGS of Chinthagunta village.
2. Heard Sri P.Madhu Sudan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.
3. Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj on instructions submitted that the Assistant Project Director, Chandragiri has conducted a detailed enquiry on 28.10.2020 and as the allegations are not proved, he has recommended the Field Assistant for reinstatement. As such there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to record the said instructions and prayed to close the writ petition.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the Assistant Project Director, Chandragiri has conducted a detailed enquiry on 28.10.2020 and as the allegations are not proved, he has recommended the Field Assistant for reinstatement, there remains nothing for adjudication and writ petition is liable to be closed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
