ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not allowing the petitioner to enter into her house site property situated in an extent of 161 sq. yards in bearing Door No.4-4-7/2 in Town Survey No.5/2 Vijilipet in Chirala Town and Mandal of Bapatla District, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere in any manner into the petitioner's house site property situated in an extent of 161 sq. yards in bearing Door No.4-4-7/2 in Town Survey No.5/2 Vijilipet in Chirala Town and Mandal of Bapatla District and pass….”
2. Heard Sri Naga Praveen Vankayalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police are not allowing the petitioner to enter into her house site property. He would further submit that the police are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and one K. Mathaiah.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and some third parties.

5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the police are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties except by following due process of law.
