...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue Writ, order or orders specially one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent on reports dt.28-02-2023 and 10-03-2023 sent through registerted post to the 2nd respondent as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and also under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (prevention of atrocities) Act 1989 and offends Article 14, 21 of Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondents to register crime on my reports as a case and undertake investigation in accordance with

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. Heard Sri G Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are not registering the FIR basing on the petitioner’s complaint dt.28- 02-2023 and 10-03-2023 which are sent through registered post.
4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the complaint of the petitioner a crime was registered in Cr.No.95 of 2023
under Sections 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC, 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) SC ST POA Act on the file of Kurnool II Town Police Station, Kurnool District against accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
