This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5 interfering in civil disputes and directing the petitioners not to enter in to land in Sy.No.292-2 an declaring the in action of the respondent police are not necessarily interfering with the civil disputes of the mentioned property in SY No. 181/3 measuring in an extent of 0.50 cents, which is situated at Pedhipalem Village, Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District., without following due process of law.”
