Chandra Sekhar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed by the Writ Petitioner challenging the issuance of five Show Cause Notices in respect of five shops taken on lease 2 by the Writ Petitioner from the Respondent – APSRTC, Chandragiri Depo, Chittoor District. It transpires from the record that the Inspector has inspected the shops on 16.07.2025 and had submitted a Report on 17.07.2025 to the effect that the Writ Petitioner (lease holder as per the Agreement dated 17.09.2021) has violated the conditions of the lease. 3. In pursuance of the Report submitted by the Inspector on 17.07.2025, the Respondent Corporation has issued five Show Cause Notices on 22.07.2025. The Writ Petitioner has submitted her explanation to the Show Cause Notices on 30.07.2025. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner that the lease subsists for a period of five years commencing from 17.09.2021 upto 16.09.2026. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit that the Respondents were about to consider the explanation submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 30.07.2025, whereas the Writ Petitioner has approached this Court and obtained Interim Order of Status quo on 22.08.2025, which prevented the Respondent Authorities from passing the Final Orders. 4. Having regard to the above facts, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Official Respondents to pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law after considering the explanation submitted by the Writ Petitioner within four weeks from today and communicate a copy of the said Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. Needless to state that the Writ Petitioner shall have liberty to place on record any material that she intends to rely upon. The Respondent Authorities are also obligated to supply the entire incriminating material which is sought to be relied on by the Respondent Corporation before hearing takes place. The Respondents shall also provide an opportunity of hearing, if the Writ Petitioner makes such request. 5. There shall be a direction to all the parties to maintain Status-quo for a period of one week after passing of Speaking Order by the Official Respondents. 3 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
