Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police are not calling the petitioner to the police station nor interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parites except under due process of law. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station without any reason. There shall be no order as to costs.
