CMP Nos. 3465 to 3468 of 2025 These applications have been filed by appellants No.1 to 4/applicants for release of enhanced amount of compensation in their favour which has been deposited by Insurance Company in the Registry of this Court. It has been further submitted that though in award dated 11th August, 2023, appellant No.2/applicant has been reflected as minor, but as a matter of fact, the said appellant/applicant has been permitted to pursue the matter in his individual capacity by discharging his guardian vide order dated 1st September, 2022 passed in CMP No. 11101 along with CMP No. 11102 of 2022, whereby appellant No.3 has also been permitted to pursue the matter in her individual capacity and therefore, it has been submitted that application(s) on their behalf in their personal capacity are maintainable. Main matter stands decided on 11th August, 2023. No appeal has been preferred by either party. Learned counsel for non- applicants/respondents have communicated no objection for allowing the application(s).
In view of above, amount falling in shares of appellants/applicants be released in their favour along with up-to-date interest by remitting the same in their bank accounts, mentioned in para 4 of each application. Photocopies of front pages of their pass books have also been placed on record. Applications stand disposed of. March 18, 2025
