This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. Heard I.Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the police are insisting him to marry respondent No.4. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil matter between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. The police are further directed to follow due process of law, in case any crime registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
