Appointment of Teachers and Principals in upgraded Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalay is now being governed by Government Order dated 23.05.2024, which is not effectively challenged in the present writ petition. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, impugned advertisement, which was issued in terms of said Government Order cannot be challenged at the behest of petitioner, who has already applied in terms of said advertisement. 4. The submission that once Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalay is upgraded to Intermediate, the provisions of U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 would be applicable, is not supported by aforesaid Government Order dated 23.05.2024. A reference to an earlier communication dated 24.02.2020 would also not helpful to petitioner since now the Government Order dated 23.05.2024 is holding the field and applicable. Therefore, challenge to advertisement dated 24.12.2024 at the behest of petitioner has no legal basis. 5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
