pleased to pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent departmental enquiry and taking necessary action against the 3rd to 5th respondents as per G.O.Ms.No.288 / 2010, dated 06-11-2010 basing on representation given by the petitioner dated 29-03-2021 is as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to law and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct departmental enquiry and take action against the 3rd to 5th respondents in the pursuance of the G.O.Ms.No.288 / 2010, dated 06-11- 2010, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to forthwith conduct departmental enquiry as per the order issued in G.O.Ms.No.288 / 2010, dated 06-11-2010 and take appropriate departmental action against the 3rd to 5th respondents basing. on the petitioner's representation dated 29¬03-2021, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: G KONDALA RAO Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. Heard Sri G.Kondala Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous in this matter.
