Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 2 Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, to consider and take a reasoned decision on the Petitioner Institution's fresh application for affiliation for the academic year 2025-2026, as submitted and produced before this Hon'ble Court at ANNEXURE - A Dt.18-06-2025, within a time period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48428 WP No. 34922 of 2025 2. Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned HCGP for respondent No.1, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application/representation dated 18.06.2025 at Annexure-A submitted to respondent No.2 has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that if reasonable time is given, respondent No.2 would consider and pass necessary order on the said application/representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent No.2 is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his application/representation dated 18.06.2025 at Annexure-A and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48428 WP No. 34922 of 2025 pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
