Sher Ali resident of 28/36, Pura Mandaripur, Rahmat Nagar, Police Station Karaili, District Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh who has been illegally detained under the custody by respondent no.3 and 4 and to produce before this Hon'ble Court on the date fixed by this Hon'ble Court and handover him in custody to petitioner no.2 being the brother of petitioner no.1." 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
