The writ petition seeks the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandmus commanding the Respondent no.2/Sambhagiya Upnideshak (Prasaan/Vipdan), Krishi Utpadan Manid Parishad, U.P., Sambhagiya Karyalaya-Navin Mandi Sthal, Dhanipur, District Aligarh to decide the representation dated 17.12.2024 of the petitioner with regard to his Mandi place business." 3. Counsel for the respondent Mandi Parishad has no objection to a direction being issued for an appropriate order being passed on the representation filed by the petitioner. 4. Under the circumstances the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner filed on 17.12.2024, expeditiously, and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
