The respondent no.6-Panchayat Secretary, filed counter affidavit specifically stating at Para no.7 that the authorities have removed the illegal construction made by respondent no.7. 3. Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, admitted that pursuant to filing of the writ petition, encroachments made by respondent no.7 have been removed. 4. In view of the above, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition and the same can be closed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
