In view of above, this Court is of the view that this writ petition is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, it is dismissed with a cost of Rs. 5000/- to be deposited in High Court Bar Association, Allahabad. 5. However, this order will not come in the way if the effected employees approach this Court by way of filing individual writ petitions.
