I am of the considered opinion that this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this bail application. The Crime is registered in State of Karnataka. At this stage, Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to approach Jurisdictional Court and in the meanwhile, there is apprehension of arrest within the Jurisdiction of High Court of Kerala. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I think two weeks time can be given to the petitioner. 2025:KER:28820 B.A No.4138 of 2025 3 3. Therefore, this bail application is disposed of directing the police authorities not to arrest the petitioner within the jurisdiction of State of Kerala for a period 10 days. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has to approach the Jurisdictional Court and file appropriate application for bail. I make it clear that I have not considered the matter on merit and this order is passed only to facilitate the petitioner to approach the Jurisdictional Court with appropriate application. With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of.
