Mr.Vijay Sharma, Advocate, submits that despite making all out efforts appellant is not coming forward to sign and file fresh Power of Attorney and, therefore, neither he nor Mr.Vivek Negi, Advocate, is able to represent the appellant. He expressed his inability to contest the case for want of instructions. 2. Appellant has filed appeal and it was his duty to ensure his representation, but he has not come forward despite communications sent by the office of Advocate. Therefore, it appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter and, accordingly, appeal is dismissed for non prosecution, so also pending application(s), if any.
