The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 BNSS with a prayer to grant of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.34 dated 17.03.2025, under Sections 21(c), 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 & Section 10, 11 & 12 of Air Craft Act, 1934, registered at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.05.2024 passed by a this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4.
