GP FOR SERVICES II 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.30375 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in not releasing the petitioner’s Encashment of Earned Leave and Half Pay Leave (A.P.Share) amount of Rs.5,74,709/- under CFMS Bill No.2022- 2170885, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned Standing counsel submitted proceedings vide Lr.Rc.no.30334/C3/2025 dated 03.11.2025 issued by the District Educational Officer, Guntur. Wherein, it is stated that an amount of Rs.2,52,645/- has been credited to the petitioner towards the Telangana share of the Leave Encashment Bill bearing CFMS Bill No.2022-2169814. But, the Andhra Pradesh share of the bill, bearing CFMs Bill No.2022-2170885 for Rs.5,74,709/-, was approved on 13.01.2023 by the Treasury Department under New Bill No./Old Bill No.2022-171418, and has not been released yet by the CFMS Treasury Department, as the payment is pending for fund clearance. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to pay the amount within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
