Vide order dated 30.04.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 30.04.2025, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Short reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Karnail Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Bholath, District Kapurthala, Punjab has been filed on behalf of respondent-State in the Court, same is taken on record.
