Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and his family members from respondents No.3 and other police officials working under his control, who are continuously harassing, threatening and intimidating the petitioner and his family members without any lawful authority. Further prayer has been made for directing respondent No.3 not to interfere in personal life of petitioner and his family members and to direct respondent No.2 to decide and investigate upon representation (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed a representation dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) before the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar but the same has not been taken into consideration till date. He has further submitted that petitioner would be satisfied if representation dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) is decided in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion.
