Learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on signed instructions dated 03.12.2025 on behalf of the Principal Secretary to the State Government stating that the bills relating to the Retirement Benefits of the Petitioners were uploaded in the CFMS Portal and are waiting for fund clearance in CFMS Portal and the same will be cleared on priority by the State Government. 7 4. In view of the above, as there is no dispute with regard to the entitlement of the Retirement Benefits of the Petitioners and as tokens were also generated and will be cleared on priority, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:- 8 (i) The Respondents are directed to pay the Gratuity and Encashment of Earned Leave to the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) The Respondents are further directed to release the remaining Retirement Benefits of the Petitioners within a further period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (iii) No order as to costs.
