K JYOTHI PRASAD The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No. 2 and 3 in not taking any action against Respondent No.4 and not registered FIR on the complaint dt.- 10-07-2023 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to register FIR” 2 2. Heard Sri Ch.Vara Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, the police have not registered any crime on the ground that the matter is purely civil in nature. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
