This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in erecting survey stones in an extent of Ac.1.92 cents in Sy.No.170/1B of Rachapalli, Prathipadu Mandal, East Godavari District without either acquiring the land or paying the compensation under the Act 30 of 2013 or issuing any notice before erecting survey stones, to allot the house site pattas under the Navarathnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that the subject land is not acquired for the above said public purpose and as such it was not utilized. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
