“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the records of the case from the courts below and after hearing the parties in the matter set aside the order dated 20.01.21 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narayanpur, C.G. in criminal complaint case no.37/21 and in effect quash the entire complaint case for the offences under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, filed against the petitioners, in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding disposal of Criminal Case No.37/2021, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide
order dated 24.04.2024.
3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Sd/-
