Case No. 130/2024 arising out of Bundu P.S. Case No. 65/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 130/2024, for the offence registered under Section 18(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Ranchi. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 6610/2024 vide order dated 30.09.2024. 4. On 26.05.2024, Bundu police apprehended this petitioner from Tau More. On search, 3 kg and 650 grams of opium were recovered from his possession. The quantum of seized contraband comes with the purview of commercial quantity. 5. Considering the commercial quantity of seized contraband, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6.
