HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48444 CRL.P No. 12307 of 2022
No tenable reason is assigned by the petitioner in the application as to why PW.1 has to be recalled and cross- examined. He has to specify why he has to further cross- examine PW.1 and why he was not able to do so on earlier occasions. The same has not been done. 4. In the application filed under Section 91 of Cr.P.C., the petitioner has not explained why he has to cross-examine the manager of a particular bank which he is sought to summon. 5. Under the circumstances, in my opinion the trial Court has rightly rejected both the applications of the petitioner. I do not see any error in the order passed by the trial Court. Hence, the petition stands dismissed. SD/- (M.I.ARUN) JUDGE PGG List No.: 1 Sl No.: 20
