The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have made a representation dt.24.12.2024 for deletion of lands total extent of Ac.11.22 cents, i.e., an extent of Ac.4.34 cents in Sy.Nos.471/1, Ac.4.23 cents in 471/2, Ac.1.33 cents in 472/1, and Ac.1.32 cents in 472/2 situated in Avilala Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati District, from the list of prohibited properties. Though the respondents have received the said representation, they have not initiated any action for consideration of the said representation. Hence, the Writ Petition is filed. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Revenue, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that objections were raised on the -4- W.P. No.34093 OF 2025 Date of order:08.12.2025 ground that the petitioners are required to submit an online application in the prescribed format to the 2nd respondent. He further submits that, if the petitioners submit such an online application, the 2nd respondent would consider the same after obtaining necessary reports/remarks from respondents 4 and 5 and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the relevant records. 4. Considering the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to submit an online application to the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, based on the record and after obtaining reports/remarks from respondents 4 and 5. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the application. No order as to costs. 5.
