This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction in the part of the 2nd respondent in non registration of the crimes on petitioner's reports dated 24-8-2022 and 5-9- 2022 submitted to the 2nd respondent for investigation is illegal illegal, irregular, arbitrary violation of provisions of Cr.P.0 and offenced articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to register crimes on petitioner's reports and complete investigation within a time frame”
2. Heard Smt.Prasannala Kancharla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on complaint given by the petitioner, police have registered a case in Crime No.489 of 2022 of Nandigama Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC. Police after conducting investigation, referred the said case as false. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
