The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently at Para-3 it has been recorded that petitioner has antecedent of three cases out of which one case is under the NDPS Act. It is submitted that petitioner has no antecedent of NDPS case except the present one. 3. After arguing vehemently for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. 4. Permission is accorded. 5.
