This appeal under Section 374 Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order dated 11.1.1994 passed by 8th Addl. Sessions Judge, Moradabad in S. T. No.722 of 2022 convicting the appellant under Section 333 I.P.C. and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three years. 2. There is an office report dated 14.8.2025 which reads as under : "In compliance of Hon'ble Court's order dated 16.7.2025, the C.J.M., Moradabad vide letter dated 12.08.2025 (flag 'B') has reported that appellant Tirath Singh has died." 3. As per the office report there is an report of C.J.M., Moradabad who address to this Court wherein it has been resisted that on 9.1.2025 the sole appellant Tirath Singh s/o Khoob Chand Singh has expired. Supporting documents are available on record. 4. Since the sole appellant Tirath Singh s/o Khoob Chand Singh has expired thus the appeal stands abated. 5.
