Gulsum and Wasir Beg with the prayers to quash the summoning order dated 15.12.2015 passed by Add. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Budaun and also to quash the complaint case no.666 of 2015 under Sections 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Wajirganj, District Budaun and stay the entire proceeding of aforesaid Complaint Case during the pendency application before this Hon'ble Court. 5. This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 10.1.2017 subject to deposit of Rs.20,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 7.4.2017, the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till 6.4.2017. 6. In view of the same, this matter is reported by the office through the report dated 4.2.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 7. Perused the records.
