GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following: ORDER: Aggrieved by non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner for various contract works executed for solid waste management, providing CC Road from Tenali R&B road to Church in BC Colony of Siripuram Gram Panchayat and for providing Cement Concrete Pavements for the internal roads in Yadav Palem of Hanuman Palem Gram Panchayat, Kollipara Mandal, Guntur District, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri Shaik Sardam Hussain, learned counsel representing Sri Nuvvula Ram Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authorities have paid the entitled amounts to the petitioner and there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
