Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to transfer the GPF of the petitioner along with interest thereon. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to make payment of arrears of the salary of the petitioner held with the respondent institution along with interest thereon." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the claim of petitioner is pending before respondent no.5. In this respect, petitioner has filed representation dated 17.1.2024, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.5-District Magistrate/President Committee of Management, Ganna Utpadak P.G. College, Bahedi, Bareilly shall decide the representation dated 17.1.2024 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
