Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners has passed across the table a Memo issued by the Special Chief Secretary to Government, (SER&HRM) Department, General Administration, bearing Memo N0.GADOI- SWOMiSC/4/2023-SW, dated 10,09.2025. Copy of it is supplied to Counsel for the Official Respondents and the same is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to para 8 of the said Memo, which is usefully extracted hereunder:
“8. Government: after careful examination of the totality of the facts & circumstances of the matter, & duly taking into
consideration the solemn statements/written submissions made by Sri K.R. Suryanarayana, President, AP Government Employees Association (APGEA), have decided to withdraw the Show Cause Notice issued to the A.P. Government Employees Association in the reference 4th cited. ”
4. The above extract would indicate that the Government has decided to withdraw the Show Cause Notice issued to the Petitioner Association herein. 5 The issuance of the said Memo is not disputed by the Respondents. In view of the above, no further consideration is necessary.

7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
8. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
