JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents. 2. It is contended by the petitioner that his grandfather late Sri.Joolaiah was conferred occupancy rights in Case No.KRLM 463 /1975-76, at the hands of the Land Tribunal, Tumkur, in Survey No.139 of Heggere Village, Kasaba Hobli, Tumkur Taluk and District, in the year 1983. Form No.10 was also issued in the name of Sri.Joolaiah. However, his name was not entered in the revenue records. The petitioner is seeking direction to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35864 WP No. 24917 of 2025 respondent No.3-Tahsildar, to enter the name of the petitioner on the ground that he succeeded to the lands belonging to Sri.Joolaiah. The petitioner made several representations to respondent No.3-Tahsildar to consider the representation dated 14.03.2019, 12.02.2020 and 17.05.2025 at Annexures-F, F1 and F2 and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent-Tahsildar, to verify from the records and find out if such orders were passed by the Land Tribunal and Form No.10 was issued in favour of Sri Joolaiah. If such fact is found to be correct, then the Tahsildar shall find out about the legal heirs of late Sri.Joolaiah and proceed to enter the name of the legal heirs of Sri Joolaiah. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35864 WP No. 24917 of 2025 Ordered accordingly.
