This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the notification in Ref.No.G4/497/2019, dated 04.03.2020 which was published in Telugu Daily Newspaper, Andhra Jyothi on 07.03.2020 to acquire the land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.1.96 cents in Survey No.31/3 of Mukkamala Village, Ambajipet Mandal, East Godavari District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the respondents submits that there is a withdrawal notification dated --.04.2021 was issued under Section 93(1) of the Act 30 of 2013 by the 2nd respondent, withdrawing the impugned notification dated 04.03.2020 with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac.1.96 cents in Survey No.31/3 of Mukkamala Village, Ambajipet Mandal, East Godavari District. 4. The copy of the written instructions shall be made as part of the Court record. 3 5. In view of the same, no cause survives in this Writ Petition. 6.
