Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner's case will be duly considered by respondent no. 2. Petitioner will communicate relevant documents in respect of his claim, including aforesaid report and recommendation to respondent no. 2. Certified copy of this order be also communicated. Said respondent, within four weeks' of the communication, will either cause disbursement of the compensation or inform petitioner reasons for rejection of the claim. The writ petition is disposed of.
