Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that police are not registering the FIR, though petitioner made a representation dated 13.01.2025. 4. As against that, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2025, crime has been registered on 16.03.2025 for the offences punishable under sections 336(3), 340(2), 329(3), 118(1), 79 read with 3(5), 336(2) of the BNS on the file of Bellamkonda Police station, Palnadu District.
