The petitioner is aggrieved by an order 01.11.2022 passed under Section 28-A(1) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 and an intimation dated 13.12.2022 informing the petitioner that the premises has been sealed in compliance of the order dated 1.11.2022. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy of challenging the order by filing appeal as provided under Section 28-A(4). 3. We find considerable force in the submission. Therefore, we decline to examine the challenge and leave it open to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, if so advised. 4.
