Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar as respondent no. 8 during course of the day. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of Case Crime No. 29 of 2025, under Sections-333, 351 (2), 326 (g), 324 (2) B. N. S. at P. S.-Shivrajpur, district-Kanpur Nagar and submit police report under Section 193 B. N. S. S. . 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the first informant in the present case and though the FIR in the instant case has been registered on 28.2.2025, yet the police is not investigating the case in fair and impartial manner. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner may move an application before the Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar, highlighting his grievance and seeking fair and impartial investigation and if such an application is moved before the Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar, the Commissioner of Police/respondent no. 8 shall ensure the fair, impartial and expeditious investigation in the present case. 6. With the aforesaid order, the present petition stands disposed of.
