The petition is filed challenging the order of the Tribunal by which the Tribunal has upheld the recovery notice issued by the respondent school against the petitioner. 2. The recovery notice was issued on the ground that wrong scale of pay was fixed to the petitioner and therefore, recovery was necessary. 3. It is borne out from the record that the school which had issued the recovery notice, in fact, has been shut down due to lack of students. Learned counsel also admits that the school is no longer functioning. 4. In view of the fact that the school is not functioning, the question of recovery would not arise and it is, therefore, clear C/SCA/20229/2016 ORDER DATED: 04/07/2025 that the prayers made in this writ petition would not survive for consideration.
