G RAJU The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case is filed complaining about the violation of the order dated 12.11.2024 in W.P.No.15149 of 2024. 2. The writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s case for promotion to the post of Forest Range Officer as per G.O.Ms.No.66 General Administration (Services-C) Department dated 30.01.1991, without reference to Anti Corruption Bureau Crime No.2/RCA-TCT/2020 dated 18.03.2020 on the file of ACB, Tirupati Range, Tirupati, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of on 12.11.2024. The operative portion of the order reads as follows: “Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner, if the petitioner is entitled for promotion, strictly as per law, without reference to the registration of crime No.2/RCA-TCT/2020 dated 18.03.2020, since no charge sheet is filed so far. There shall be no order as to costs.” 4. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted a copy of the proceedings issued by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force vide S.O.No.43/2025/HR-1 dated 04.12.2025 and submitted that the petitioner’s case was considered and he was promoted as Forest Range Officer. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the above submission. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not see any violation of the order, dated 12.11.2024 passed in W.P.No.15149 of 2024 and hence, this contempt case is dismissed.
